SuperBrain Yoga

 

One of the great things about Pranic Healing is that it is constantly evolving. Master Choa Kok Sui firmly believed that experimentation with energy should be a continuous process, and that the uses of energy in healing could be limitless!

 

By using clairvoyants, medical doctors, and other energy healers, the experiments are monitored, recorded, and verified before any new development is published.

 

For thousands of years, the Chinese have known that the ear bears a remarkable resemblance to the human foetus, and below is a picture showing that resemblance:

Most people know that the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body, and the right side of the brain, the left side of the body. It has also been well known for a while that by taking certain exercise, commonly called 'brain gym' in schools, the brain/body coordination can be honed.

 

Taken a step further, Master Choa Kok Sui established that by using the thumb connected to the ear lobe of the opposite side, the power of the brain was significantly increased. By connecting both thumbs to the opposite ears, the whole brain power was increased. A series of simple exercises then draws energy from the lower chakras up to the higher chakras, thereby activating the brain even further and for a much longer period of time.

 

Depending on your age, facing a specific direction during the exercises can further increase the effectiveness. The number of times the exercise is repeated was also found to be significant to optimise the results. And all this verified by clairvoyants and now medical doctors.

 

A long term experiment is under way in New Jersey, New York in a school, overseen by Master Glen Mendosa. Master Glen is a renown paediatric doctor in New York, and one of only a few Pranic Healing Masters. The interim results of this experiment are already published in the book 'SuperBrain Yoga', published by the Institute of Inner Studies, and written by Master Choa Kok Sui.

 

So, do I do SuperBrain Yoga? I have been practicing the technique for about a year now, and certainly use it before meditation and healing, and it only takes about two minutes to do from start to finish. It has been a long while since the old grey matter was exercised, and I am not one for doing cross-word puzzles, so it should come as no surprise that the ability to reason thoughts and remember stuff becomes a bit stagnated! I am positive that doing the simple exercise regularly has helped my memory considerably. Comes in handy for wedding anniversaries and birthdays!! On a practical basis, I am also convinced that when it comes to work like home DIY, the planning and reasoning stage seems so much easier. Ever cut the length of wood and cursed because the angle is the reverse of the pattern you need? (I have!) Therefore SuperBrain Yoga also improves language in the workshop!

 

It follows then that this technique is not just for young people studying, (although there is now concrete proof that it makes a significant difference) it is beneficial for anyone of any age. Taken a step further, if the system can make a significant impact in behavioural disorders for the young, it can also help with the other neurological problems such as Parkinson's disease. As far as I am aware, there is no current evaluation under way for the latter, but I am sure it will come!
